Return Policy
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the original date or purchase. Items that are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Some restrictions may apply.

How To Return An Item: Step 1: Please call 1-888-629-3277 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number.
IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused! A Return Authorization Number expires 15 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be REFUSED and RETURNED. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Custom Service department to obtain another number.

Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Shoe Box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. At™ we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.
Product Warranties: Most manufacturers provide warranty services for defective products, directly. Below is a reference guide for lacrosse shafts and heads along with a telephone number for warranty departments for each manufacturer.
Shaft / Head: All shaft and head warranties are FACTORY DIRECT
Sticks: All sticks must be completely broken from game play or practice. Dings, dents, and scratches are NOT covered by Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components are not covered under warranty. You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer, upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung head back to you.
No Warranties: Warrior Alloy 2000, STX AL6000, Brine Throttle, and DeBeer 6000 series sticks.
30 Day Warranty: All Titanium Defense Shafts.
6 Month Warranty: All heads and products not listed above.
